Privacy Policy

This policy explains personal-data handling for rovertrixun.cyou and correspondence with its operator.

Who is responsible

Rovertrixun Events Ltd, 34 Fitzwilliam Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 YW18, Ireland, company no. 768352, is the controller for personal data it receives in connection with this website. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries.

Local operations notes

The contact-page tool processes entered text in your browser. It has no message-submission endpoint and does not send the note to us. Copy uses your browser's Clipboard API when permitted; Download creates a plain-text file on your device. The tool does not save your note to cookies or localStorage. Your browser, clipboard manager or device backup settings may retain local copies outside our control.

Email and technical information

If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send, normally your name, email address and message, together with email metadata. We use this information to answer enquiries, correct content and maintain relevant correspondence. We rely on legitimate interests in operating the website and responding to requests; where your enquiry concerns a potential contract, pre-contractual steps may also apply.

Serving a webpage necessarily involves technical information such as an IP address, requested resource and browser request headers. Hosting and security providers may process request logs for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Our legitimate interest is maintaining a secure and functional service. The supplied website code contains no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds.

Recipients and retention

Authorised personnel and service providers supporting hosting and email may access information as necessary for those functions. We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Routine enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive exchange, unless an ongoing issue, legal obligation or claim justifies longer retention. Technical logs should be kept only for the period needed for their security and operational purpose. If a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, applicable transfer requirements must be met, including adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards where required.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

You may complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission or your competent supervisory authority. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or information about children unless it is necessary and appropriate. This website is not a participant-registration service.
