Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the editorial material and browser-based tools on rovertrixun.cyou.

Operator and purpose

This website is operated by Rovertrixun Events Ltd, 34 Fitzwilliam Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 YW18, Ireland, company no. 768352. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms.

The website provides independent, general information about professional gaming tournament production. It does not provide tournament entry, publisher approval, insurance, professional certification or an event-management contract. No paid services or purchases are offered through the local note tool.

Use of the guidance

Content is intended to support planning discussions, not replace event-specific assessment. Game rules, publisher terms, equipment specifications, venue restrictions and legal requirements can change. Verify current primary sources and obtain qualified advice for electrical work, safety, security, legal compliance and specialist engineering.

We aim for useful and accurate material but do not guarantee that every article is complete, current or suitable for a particular event. References to companies, venues, standards and products do not imply affiliation, endorsement or certification. Trade names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may read, link to and use the guidance for lawful internal planning. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source, subject to applicable law. Do not republish substantial portions, remove ownership notices or present the material as your own without permission. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant rights holders.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use contact channels to send unlawful or abusive content. Do not provide personal information about others without a lawful basis.

Local tools and correspondence

The operations-note tool prepares text locally. Copying, downloading or reviewing a note does not send it, establish a client relationship or guarantee a response. You remain responsible for reviewing the content and deciding whether to email it. Browser permissions and device settings may affect clipboard and download functions.

Availability and liability

The website and tools may be changed or unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general content, interruptions or external sites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

External links and governing law

External resources are controlled by their respective operators. Review their terms and policies before using them. Irish law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
